About the Firm
A Few Words from Attorney Naji Israoui
Experience is defined as something personally encountered, undergone, or lived through. You deserve an attorney with both the legal and personal experience of handling a personal injury claim; the legal experience to appropriately handle your case and seek the full amount of compensation for your loss, while having had the personal experience of suffering a loss. I was involved in a catastrophic automobile accident that left me with permanent injuries and changed the course of my life. I understand the impact an injury can have on your day-to-day life. How simple chores like getting dressed in the morning, taking a shower, and sitting for long periods of time can become difficult. Adding further to your frustration, your medical expenses continue to pile up and dealing with the insurance companies becomes a nightmare.
My personal experience led me to obtain a law degree from the Florida State University College of Law. While at law school, I served as the Vice-President of Negotiations for the American Bar Association Law School Division, and was recognized with an Academic and Scholastic Achievement Award. I completed an internship with the Children's Advocacy Center, which provides free legal services to indigent children and their families in the Leon County area, served as a law clerk for the Tallahassee medical malpractice law firm of Collins & Truett, P.A., and was a member of the Spanish-American Law Student Association.
Thereafter, I served as an Assistant General Counsel for the State of Florida Department of Health, where I was involved in the disciplinary actions on the licenses of health care practitioners before the Board of Medicine and Board of Nursing. In October of 2003, I joined a Central Florida personal injury law firm, where I had the privilege of representing hundreds of people who had suffered losses in motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death actions, slip and fall incidents, insurance claims, and nursing home abuse. I am currently a member in good standing with the Florida Bar and am licensed to practice law in the State of Florida, a member of the Florida Justice Association, Orange County Trial Lawyers Association, Orange County Bar Association, Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and Hispanic Bar Association.
I know an accident can happen to anyone at any time
- usually when least expected. You should be able to
depend on an attorney that understands what you're going
through and has the necessary legal experience to take
on the insurance companies and fight with you, side-by-side.
I dedicate personal attention to each of my clients
from beginning to end. Personal attention matters.
